They provide traditional Māori Healing Arts; a fusion of Miri miri, Hawaiian Ka Huna bodywork, Kundalini and Reiki energy healing. At Aroha you’ll can find hand-poured soy wax Māori inspired candles, beautiful products, crystals and experience a range of Aroha Yoga or Aroha Dance classes. They also have a certified Arvigo® Maya abdominal massage, pregnancy and postpartum care specialist available. The team at Aroha promote oranga-a-roto (healthy inside) and oranga-a =-waho (healthy outside).
