Pepeha Journeys or PJ’s as its better known, offer small group guided trips into the Māori culture. You will come away with a better understanding and feeling of the Māori people.
You specialist Māori guide will welcome you in the native tongue and will ensure your comfort and safety throughout the trip. You will experience mythical storytelling, visit sacred sites and soak in geothermal mineral hot pools.
The significant sites PJ’s visit includes a Meeting House and Spiritual Ground, Ancestral River, Ancestral Lake and a Church. This is a 6-hour day trip with lunch and mineral pools included.
