Dot Arts is a Māori-owned creative studio based in Hastings, Aotearoa, specialising in handcrafted indigenous jewellery.
Led by Addie Wainohu and Hoani Pohatu, the duo combines traditional carving with contemporary design, offering unique pieces in pounamu, bone, resin, and harakeke.
Their pounamu and bone carvings reflect deep ancestral symbolism, while their graphic-designed resin earrings bring vivid colour and modern flair to cultural storytelling. Harakeke jewellery, woven from locally sourced flax, honours sustainable practices and whakapapa. Each taonga is made with intention, connecting wearers to whenua, identity, and legacy.
