Kura is passionate about supporting the growth of contemporary Māori art and design overseas and locally. We have over 15 years experience selling and showcasing an extensive range of authentic, original and quality made Māori and New Zealand art and design. At the beginning of the 19th Century, Ngāti Waewae, a tribal affiliate of Ngai Tahu, laid claim to the ownership of the West Coast through conquest. Today Ngāti Waewae are centred at Arahura Pa, a Māori Reserve, where the people are known as kaitiaki (guardians) of pounamu (greenstone). Ngāti Waewae occupation has been sustained by the beautiful treasure known as pounamu, a prized possession of their people. Waewae Pounamu is totally owned and operated by Ngāti Waewae, which lies within the heart of "Greenstone Isle" – Te Waipounamu, the South Island of New Zealand.

Celine is a 6th generation Pitt Islander. She is the only resident photographic artist on remote Pitt Island, on the edge of the Roaring Forties. Celine Photography is a small photographic business based on both Pitt and Chatham Islands. All photographs pertain to the Islands around the Chatham group. Celine Photography mainly sells photographs on canvas and in frames but also has a huge range of photo art and gifts.

Te Ana is focused on the ancient Maori rock drawing sites and rich tribal history of the Aoraki region. Established by Ngai Tahu, the largest Māori tribe in the South Island, this innovative not-for-profit venture has conservation at its heart with 100% of the profit returned to the protection of the rock art sites. Hosted by local Ngai Tahu guides, visitors explore the rock drawings through hosted experiences at the new Rock Art Centre in Timaru, and on guided tours to the region’s most iconic Māori rock art sites.

Māori Arts Gallery is a Māori-owned family business situated on Wellington's beautiful waterfront. Ema Scott finds inspiration in her spiritual connection to the past, 'design by descent' as she coins it. From her home and studio designed by her father - architect J C Scott - she endeavours to produce sculptures and designs that gives peace a tangible form in the medium of stone.
