Aroha is the Māori word for Love. Aroha is Auckland’s unique holistic therapies centre. We provide traditional Māori Healing Arts; a fusion of Miri miri, Hawaiian Ka Huna bodywork, Kundalini and Reiki energy healing. At Aroha you can find our hand poured soy wax Māori inspired candles, beautiful products, crystals and experience a range of Aroha Yoga or Aroha Dance classes. We also have a certified Arvigo® Maya abdominal massage, pregnancy and postpartum care specialist available.
